We’re excited to partner with 10 organizations to help meet fundraising goals while celebrating literacy, education, and community. By partnering with us through The Children's Gift Series Fundraiser, you’ll not only help your group raise funds but also share the gift of literacy with children. Whether you need a new technology, athletic equipment, or additional financial resources, this is a meaningful way to make a lasting impact.
Our tracking system makes it easy for your organization to monitor sales in real-time. Teams can actively see their contributions and progress toward the group’s goal, making the experience even more engaging. Students will not be able to see their sales individually.
Once your campaign closes, books will be printed and delivered to your organization/school for distribution. Funds raised will be sent directly to your organization via check. When you register to participate you will be required to complete a form indicating the address payments should be sent along with the persons contact information.

We’re offering this opportunity to 10 organizations, so space is limited. Don’t miss this chance to make a lasting impact on your community!
Together, we can achieve your group’s goals while inspiring a love for literacy and learning.
You can raise as much as you’d like! We recommend starting with a specific goal based on what your school or organization needs to fund. For example, if you need to raise $5,000 to purchase athletic equipment, you’ll need to sell 1,000 books.
If you’re interested in participating, please sign up. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a link to join the group where you will watch our webinar on how to set up your page.
During the webinar:
• You will set up your school and classroom sub-pages.
After the webinar:
• Once set up you will receive digital assets for sharing on social media and email.
First, you will receive a welcome message to sign up and get started in our group portal.
You’ll then receive a video to review so you can set up your affiliate page(s). During set up, you will select dates for your fundraiser. You can select how long or short you wish to raise funds during that period.
Finally:
• Book delivery to your school/organization 45 days after your fundraiser closes.
• Payments will begin being sent via check once books are delivered.
Once the fundraiser is over, whoever you designate in the onboarding information as the contact person will receive a check once books are delivered.
When you sign up, you’ll gain access to a group platform where we’ll:
• Post updates throughout the fundraiser.
• Share best practices for maximizing your campaign’s success.
• Provide answers to questions and facilitate group discussions.
This platform will ensure you’re supported every step of the way.
Each school will be provided with unique access to a dashboard.
• Schools will have their own affiliate dashboard.
• Each classroom will have a sub-affiliate dashboard.
This system allows you to track your fundraising progress in real time.
Since this is a fundraiser, book returns are not allowed. However, if an item is damaged upon receipt, we will replace it at no cost to you.
All purchases need to occur electronically. We do not offer paper order forms at this time.
Yes, schools can participate in other fundraising initiatives while running this program. However, we encourage focusing on one major campaign at a time for the best results.
Yes! Each participant will receive:
• QR codes to share with their networks.
• Flyers and other promotional materials to distribute.
• Access to digital assets for sharing on social media and email.
We encourage healthy competition by offering incentives for top-performing classrooms. This will help you to work towards your goal. Additionally, we will be offering Paint Party with a DJ courtesy of Vibez Creative Studio. This will be shared with the class that has the most sales.
No, sales can only be tracked by classroom and school.
While reaching your goal is the aim, every dollar raised contributes to your school’s needs. The final amount raised will still be disbursed to your school, regardless of whether the goal is met. Having a goal gives you an aim and something to strive towards. This will be a great opportunity to build community within your school as the need is met.
The fundraiser features The Children’s Gift Series, which is a 10-book series that serves as an excellent partner for children as they are learning to read. Each book, is carefully interwoven with repetition, relatability, and a predictable storyline. This series employs proven learning strategies that engage and empower children. Every page is adorned with vibrant colors that ignite imagination and curiosity, while fostering an environment where learning flourishes. The series is available in English and Spanish. By participating, you’re not just raising funds—you’re also:
• Promoting literacy and education.
• Encouraging students and families to engage in meaningful, inspiring stories.
• Building a culture of learning that extends beyond the classroom.
Once the fundraiser ends, each school will receive a shipment of the total amount of books ordered through the fundraiser. Each school is responsible for dividing the books by classroom and distributing them to customers.
